Festive Drinks

So you set the date, picked the flowers, bought the dress, and sent the invites out. It’s finally your wedding day but wait, there is a slight problem… the groom seems to have gone MIA. It could quite possibly be that his GPS took him to the wrong venue, maybe he just had to go to the dentist and couldn’t reschedule his appointment or maybe he realized “he’s just not that into you”.

For whatever the reason maybe you finally have to come to the terms that you have been ditched, but thats where I come in! I am here to help you remember that you are a strong independent woman who needs no man… but maybe 10 cats would do.

As any good country singer would say “ you have to drink till you forget his name”. My personal favorite is a few shots (ok more like half a bottle) of Tequila. You can drink it straight or make yourself a nice cold margarita. Here is one of my favorite recipes for a nice Peach margarita on the rocks.

Peach Margarita
makes 2 servings 

4 ounces silver tequila (I used Patron)
2 ounces of Peach Schnapps
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 medium size peach
1 teaspoon of orange liquor, optional
Lime Sugar, optional
