01. dreams, INSPO and plans
We start every planning process by getting to know you. What makes you unique, your love story, your favorite foods – everything! We want your wedding to be an expression of who you are as a couple and getting to know these little details ensure your big day won’t be like anyone else’s. During this time we’ll talk big picture details of your wedding like guest count, location, and budget.
02. Design and proposals
The design of your wedding determines more than just the aesthetic. It will help us shape your budget and understand your priorities better. After learning what you are drawn to aesthetically and what you envision for your wedding day we will make four custom mood boards for you to see a visual expression of your wedding day. From there, we’ll craft a bespoke overall design plan with every element visually expressed and descriptively outlined.
03. Vendor Team
Your vendor team will bring your wedding to life! We suggest quality vendors for all categories who will execute your vision perfectly. We’ll do the legwork of finding vendors who fit your budget, personality and aesthetic. No more endless google searching to find the best! We serve as intermediary to keep the whole team informed of the plan from contract signing to wedding. Got a vendor you’ve been following in Instagram for years? Let’s hear it! We love to collaborate with new teams.
04. YOUR BIG DAY
We’ll be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Throughout your entire wedding weekend we will be there to assist. From setup, to corralling your wedding party to walk down the aisle, to showing you how to cut your cake – we’re there for you! There’s no limit on our time on your wedding day and your whole family will be able to enjoy your day without a single worry. View our planning packages to see what level of service fits you best.
