his dish has made it to every dinner party, friend get together and almost every boyfriend I have ever had has had this. Why? Well I am telling you this because this is by far my favorite dish and is so extremely EASY to make. This dish takes less then 20 minutes and people will think you are the next Julia Child. No Lie.

Ingredients:

1 8oz box linguine
Triangle of Brie Cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 handful of fresh basil

Brie Pasta

1. Boil your water with salt, add pasta, cook until aldente (about 9-11 minutes). Test it to make sure it’s just right.

2. Chop your cherry tomatoes in quarters or halves and add it to a large bowl.

3. Chop your fresh basil (don’t forget to smell) and add it to your tomatoes.

4. Chop your Brie cheese into little chunks and add it to your tomatoes and basil.

5.  Chop your garlic and add it to your 1/4 cup olive oil and  toss into your tomatoes and basil and cheese.

5. When the pasta is done add all ingredients and toss gently. I cover it for about 2 minutes and have all the brie melt into the pasta. Serve right away while warm.

“I think careful cooking is love, don’t you? The loveliest thing you can cook for someone who’s close to you is about as nice a valentine as you can give.” -Julia Child
